Shipping Policy 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. 

Dispatch Times 

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. 

Delivery-only & Made-to-order Items 

Some of our products, including delivery-only items, are subject to availability and production times. 

Where items are in stock, they may be dispatched within 24 hours. However, depending on stock levels or product range, some products will be made to order and may require production lead time of up to 7 working days before dispatch. 

Delivery timeframes will apply once the item has been produced and dispatched. 

Delays

While we strive to meet all stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or high demand periods.
