Refund & Returns Policy
Our returns policy, set out below, applies to all orders placed through weselllime.co.uk.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@weselllime.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We cannot accept returns of any ‘Lime Green Products’ and therefore cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Returning products we stock in our store is possible however goods will be subject to an admin/restocking fee of 30%. Products will only be refunded if they are in a suitable condition upon returning.
We will not refund delivery charges.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. You must notify the driver of any damages before signing and take clear photographs of all damages. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery-only products
Certain products are marked as delivery-only on the product page. These items are made to order and dispatched direct from the Manufacturer and cannot be returned. Items must be inspected at the point of delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery note before signing and photographs of any damage should be taken.
Shipping returns
If you cannot return your product in person, you should send via courier to 12a Nasmyth Court, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH54 5EG. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
