A finish coat render incorporating both lime and some white cement. Particularly appropriate as a decorative coating over forte undercoat render.
Tradirend is a coloured render topcoat with many of the benefits associated with a pure lime render such good breathability, but made with the modern builder in mind, quick setting, good weather resistance and easy application.
Tradirend is a render made with natural hydraulic lime, white cement, sand and additives, carefully designed to give a durable high performance render.
Tradirend has excellent durability and performance due to its breathable yet water repellent properties.

Application Guide
This render is generally used as a finishing coat of 6 to 15mm. It only requires the addition of water.
Apply over a suitable base coat such as Forte Render Base Coat.
For scraped finishes apply approx 8mm and scrape back to 5mm; for floated finishes apply 5 to 6mm thick. Do not attempt to level up or build out using Tradirend.
Quick setting with good weather resistance.
